Technical Support Engineer
Location: North America
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to provide exceptional technical support, conduct training sessions, and contribute to the success of our innovative heating solutions. If you’re passionate about technical products, fluent in English and French, and have a background in electrical engineering, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to dealers, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Conduct technical training sessions for partners and clients
- Oversee and maintain certification compliance for products and installations
- Assist in planning and designing efficient heating solutions
- Support sales activities, including administrative and back-office tasks
