Ash transportation system AFS - Eco-HK 50–330 & Eco-PK 70–330

This system is placed next to a pellet or wood chip heating system. The ash transportation system features a flexible auger and transports the ash into a 240/300-litre ash bin. The ash bin can be positioned to the left or to the right of the boiler and its distance from the boiler can also be extended (max. of 3 m).

Modular ash transportation system M-AFS - for systems with Multicyclon or Cascades

The modular ash transportation system M-AFS is a central de-ash system for one or more boiler systems or multicyclones, in which the ash produced is conveyed into a collecting auger and then into a large ash bin. Due to the wide range of products, the modular ash transportation system offers a variety of solutions, as all components of the RA140 shaft size (e.g. vertical connection auger S-VBS, etc.) can be used. Depending on the installation situation, the central deash is controlled by the boiler or the cascade manager.

AAS ash suction system - Eco-HK 50–120 & Eco-PK 70–120

Hargassner offers an ash suction system for customers who want to have their ash bin outside their boiler room. A sophisticated suction system transports the ash directly from the boiler into the external ash bin. It enables the 300 litre ash bin to be up to 20 m away from the boiler.

AC vacuum ash-cleaner

The Hargassner AC ash cleaner consists of an industrial vacuum unit with a 300-l ash bin on wheels and is used for easy disposal of ash from the ash box or boiler.

The filter in the unit can be cleaned by means of semi-automatic cleaning when the suction power is reduced. To do this, the end of the hose must be closed and the cleaning button pressed. After actuating the cleaning function 2-3 times, full vacuum power is available again.

Important: The vacuum cleaner requires weather protection if installed outdoors!
