Do you have a question about your heating system? From now on, “HARGY” will be at your side 24 hours a day, seven days a week: our new, smart support assistant. Whether at the weekend, late at night or simply in between – HARGY will help you quickly, easily and around the clock. The artificial intelligence-based solution powered by headwAI  was specially developed by Hargassner to provide our customers with the best possible support – whether it’s for the operation, maintenance or specific functions of their heating system.

  • Quick answers to frequently asked questions

How do I set my desired temperature? Which wood chips are best suited for my system? Where can I find information about my model? HARGY has the answers – in just a few seconds.

  • Understandable help with your heating system

You don’t need to pore over operating instructions: simply ask HARGY in your own words. The assistant automatically searches through our latest documents and shows you the right information directly – clear, concise and easy to understand.

  • Support with technical issues

Even if an error message occurs, HARGY knows what to do. It will explain possible causes and next steps. Ideal if your specialist partner is currently unavailable.

  • Always there for you – 24/7 and in several languages

Particularly practical: HARGY is available at any time – whether you’re at home or on the move, via smartphone or computer. Its ability to support multiple languages also helps customers abroad without any language barriers.

What can HARGY do?

HARGY answers questions about your heating system – e.g. about operation, maintenance, settings or functions. The answers are based on the official Hargassner documentation, are easy to understand and offer step-by-step instructions that can be implemented directly.

What does HARGY look like in the web portal?

At web.hargassner.at you can log in yourself at any time using the same access data as in the Hargassner APP and view and set many other parameters of your internet-connected heating system.

  • At the top right is a yellow “Support Assistant” button – this is HARGY
  • When you click on “Support Assistant”, an “Approval Hargy” window appears
  • After approval you can chat with Hargy
How do I get HARGY on my mobile phone?

Quite simply! HARGY is part of the Hargassner customer app.
If you have already installed the app, all you need to do is carry out an update (if not already done automatically).

Does HARGY also work on my heating system?

In future, HARGY will work on all new heating models directly on the heating display if the heating system is connected to the web portal or the Hargassner app. Until then, this is only possible with “Touch 2.0” or with the control unit of our air/water heat pumps as well as on the compact Smart-DUO combi boiler and the Nano-PK 38-65 kW, which replaces our “Classic” with immediate effect.

Is the use of HARGY free of charge?

Yes, using HARGY is free of charge for all Hargassner customers – whether via the app or our web portal.
