The task
The requirements:
- To replace an old, faulty pellet boiler with a modern, efficient and reliable pellet boiler.
- To deliver heating and hot water to a farmhouse and farmyard.
Our solution
- Hargassner Classic Lambda 50kW pellet boiler
(now: Nano-PK 38-65) - Fuel store conversion from auger fed to suction fed
- Integrated back end protection
This farm in the Lake District has been running on pellets for a number of years but were often being let down by mechanical failures within their boiler. Keen to stick with a pellet system, the Hargassner Classic Lambda was an obvious choice for the customer due to its 95% efficiency, internet connectivity and legendary reliability.
After this installation was completed by our approved partners, Green Giant Services Ltd, the customer now enjoys consistent heating and lower fuel costs.
