How to find us

Directions to the in-house exhibition

To make your journey to the Hargassner in-house exhibition as pleasant as possible, we have put together some information for you. As the in-house exhibition is organised as a green event, we would be particularly pleased if you travel to us using environmentally friendly public transport. The regional bus stops right in front of Energy World, and we have organised a free shuttle service from the station for those arriving by train. Of course, there are plenty of parking spaces available for your car.

Travelling by Train & Bus

Train Station Shuttle Service

Take advantage of our environmentally friendly offer and travel in comfort by train! We offer a free shuttle service from Mining and Mauerkirchen stations direct to our premises.

Registration: Please register in advance, at least 30 minutes before your arrival, by calling +43 664 88750386. Our shuttle will take you quickly and comfortably to the in-house exhibition and back to the station.

Travelling by car

There is plenty of parking for visitors arriving by car. Be one of the first to park in our brand new sustainable wooden car park! Additional parking is also available in our underground car park and in open spaces around the site.

Our lecture series in German in the Hargassner Cinema and Tent Hall will give valuable insights and practical information from experts: How do heating system conversion works? How does the use of wood as an energy source and sustainable forestry protect our environment and climate? Hargassner experts will also be giving guided tours of the outdoor area – also in German.

Nature-based childcare

Nature never ceases to fascinate us. Our nature-based childcare, led by a qualified forest educator, allows children to experience the energy forest on the Hargassner site with all their senses. Here, children can smell, feel and marvel at nature and go on little adventures. At the same time, they learn about responsible behaviour towards nature, the forest as a habitat and the importance of wood.

Hourly guided adventure tour – Parents are responsible for their children!

There are also other family highlights on offer in our in-house exhibition: Hop on the (bicycle) saddle and take up to 15 children and teenagers for a few laps on the Found Objects Carousel. This muscle-powered, energy-autonomous carousel has been lovingly constructed from discarded everyday objects and reinterprets upcycling in a whole new way. Fun and gleaming eyes guaranteed!

A green event for the future

Like our products, our 40th anniversary in-house exhibition is all about sustainability and is therefore being organised as a green event. We place particular emphasis on environmentally friendly measures to minimise our carbon footprint. From supporting green travel with a free shuttle service from the station, to ecotainment with nature-based childcare and a unique upcycling carousel, we are doing everything we can to celebrate our anniversary in-house exhibition in a green way.
