De-ash systems

This system is placed next to a pellet or wood chip heating system. The ash transportation system features a flexible auger and transports the ash into a 240/300-litre ash bin. The ash bin can be positioned to the left or to the right of  the boiler and its distance from the boiler can also be extended (max. of 3 m).

The AFS ash conveyor system is also available without an ash bin, allowing for the use of an on-site ash bin as an alternative.

Hargassner offers an ash suction system for customers who want to have their ash bin outside their boiler room. A sophisticated suction system transports the ash directly from the boiler into the external ash bin. It enables the 300 litre ash bin to be up to 20 m away from the boiler.

In the case of industrial heating systems, the system operator often wants and requires as few ash emptying intervals as possible.

Hargassner offers various transportation auger systems into a large ash bin. This massively increases the ashemptying intervals and improves convenience. The  hotdip galvanised steel container has very stable rollers for easier unloading. With the help of a flexible auger, the ash is compressed and automatically transported  into the ash bin.

In addition to ash bins of different sizes (40 l, 200, 240 l and 800 l), different auger systems are offered. These convey the ash directly from the boiler to the bin via a cyclone or grate ash discharge.
