These fully automated solutions are designed to meet the needs of key partners and their customers. To ensure optimal installation and operation, we provide targeted training sessions that deliver essential expertise in both biomass and heat pump technologies.
For the 2025 training season, we are offering two free on-site training courses in our well-equipped training facilities at our headquarters in Austria.

Commissioning & Maintenance Trainings
For confident customer interactions
Our training sessions, available both online and offline, focus on key areas to enhance your expertise: selecting the perfect product for your customer, planning storage rooms, and understanding important aspects of hydraulics, chimney requirements, and control functionalities. We’re happy to offer trainings in multiple languages, including French upon request, and all sessions are completely FREE OF CHARGE.
Target Group
Our trainings are developed especially for HVAC contractors, installers, plumbers and everyone who wants to get specialist knowledge about biomass boiler installations.
Goal / Benefit
After this seminar you will be able to carry out smooth and professional boiler commissioning and maintenance.
Theoretical Contents
The basics of commissioning and maintaining our heating systems, including control technology, hydraulics and parameter setting; legal aspects of warranty and service.
Practical Contents
Checking the electrical and hydraulic connections as well as proper handover of a new heating system to the end customer.
