Our solution
The detached house is now supplied with heat from a highly efficient Hargassner Smart-HV 17 kW wood gasifier in combination with a 1,000 L layered accumulator.
With its new biomass heating system, the family from Germany is fully focussing on sustainability and efficiency. Thanks to modern gasifier technology, the Smart-HV 17 kW wood gasifier ensures particularly clean and energy-saving combustion. The required logs are stored directly under the carport – protected from the weather, well ventilated and quickly accessible for daily feeding of the boiler.
During the cold months, the wood log heating system provides pleasant warmth from a regionally available, renewable raw material. A layered accumulator reliably stores the energy generated and makes it available as required for the heating system and for hot water preparation. In this way, the heating energy generated is optimally utilised and the boiler can be operated in its most efficient range.
