Our solution
The combination of wood chip boiler and wood log heating was the perfect heating solution for the Wenigzeller joinery.
- 1 x Eco-HK 130 kW incl. eCleaner
- 1 x Neo-HV 60 kW
- Spring leaf agitator
- Chopped material in the outbuilding
- Filling trough for wood chip storage
The Wenigzell joinery relies on a modern and sustainable heating system that is perfectly tailored to the needs of a wood-processing company. The combination of wood chips and wood log heating from Hargassner makes it possible to optimise the use of regional resources and at the same time make sensible use of the joinery waste produced.
The efficient utilisation of regionally sourced wood chips and the further processing of sawdust into briquettes creates a closed heating cycle. Larger wood waste is burnt in the Hargassner Neo-HV 60 kW wood log boiler, while the Eco-HK 130 kW wood chip boiler utilises the briquettes and wood chips efficiently. An integrated particle separator ensures that the exhaust gases are clean and environmentally friendly. Thanks to this innovative heating technology, the joinery saves around 77 tonnes of CO₂ every year, making a valuable contribution to climate protection.
