The task
The requirements:
- Combined heat and power for the municipality of Weng
Our solution
The municipality of Weng has a combined heat and power system from Hargassner.
- Eco-HK 330 kW with a RA 500
- An additional Eco-HK 150 for fail-safe operation
- CHP generates 61 kW of thermal and 20 kW of electrical power
- 4,000 operating hours per year x 61 kW systems result in 244,000 kWh heat/year
- 4,000 operating hours per year x 20 kW results in 80,000 kWh electricity / year
