The task

Our solution
For this project, a modern pellet heating system was implemented that combines heating system and hot water preparation in one centralised system.

- Pellet suction system with bag silo GWT-Max 200 × 250
- Intelligent distribution for two heat circuits
- Hot water preparation via flexibly integrated boiler
- Automatic pellet supply via suction system
In the detached house in Upper Austria, an existing heating solution was replaced with a modern pellet heating system that takes care of both space heating and hot water preparation centrally. The heat source is the Nano-PK 15 with Lambda Touch, which enables a particularly compact and efficient system solution thanks to its integrated basic hydraulic module.
One heat circuit is integrated directly into the system, while a second heat circuit is supplied from the same system. An automatic changeover valve is used to switch between heating mode and boiler charging for hot water as required. In this way, the system provides exactly the heat that is needed at any time.
An automatic pellet suction system was installed for the fuel supply, which transports the pellets from a bag silo GWT-Max 200 × 250 to the boiler. Due to the low room height, the lower blow-in nozzle was used, allowing the pellet storage system to be optimally adapted to the structural conditions. This meant that a practical and convenient solution could be realised even where space was limited.
The result is a sustainable, flexible biomass heating solution in which all components are sensibly coordinated and provide the family with reliable heat and hot water from a central pellet boiler.
