Our part
in this
project
The task
The requirements:
- Sustainable and fully automatic heating system
- Heat supply for multi-dwelling unit and surrounding public buildings
- Rapid and uncomplicated installation
Our solution
Three wood chip boilers, each with 300 kW, now supply four multi-dwelling units, the primary school, gymnasium, after-school care centre and kindergarten in the Burgkirchen district of Gendorf.
- 3 x Eco-HK 300 kW incl. cyclone filter for ash cleaning
- 30,000 litre accumulator tank
- 3 x Eco extraction system
- Central ash removal
- 8 x substation
- Chipping material filling system
- Exhaust gas system
The plant comprises three burners, each with a rated output of 300 kW, as well as cyclone filters for cleaning the ash. The district heating network of the heating plant, which extends over 550 metres, will in future supply heat to four multi-dwelling units with a total of 85 residential units, a primary school, a gymnasium, a day nursery and a kindergarten. The accumulator tank with a capacity of 30,000 litres of water was filled and the wood chip bunker was stocked. The conveying mechanisms and burners were successfully tested. The accumulator tank was then heated up and all systems worked perfectly.
