When 100% is not enough

State-of-the-art condensing boiler technology

Every fuel contains a certain water content. The water vapour produced during combustion usually escapes outside with the flue gases through the chimney. The exhaust gas heat exchanger brings the temperature below the condensation point (dew point) and condenses again. This condensing technology uses the resulting condensation heat and the reduction of the flue gas temperature to maximise the efficiency increase. However, the condensing boiler system also achieves a higher level of efficiency at higher return temperatures, because the flue gases are cooled to a significantly lower temperature.
This process reduces pellet consumption, sustainably saves heating costs and protects the environment.
