Agriculture Lower Austria
Our part
in this
project
The task
What we were asked to do:
- Replacement of the existing wood-coke heating system
- Conversion to a renewable, domestic fuel
- Increased operational reliability and reduced manual effort
- Automated heating operation for multiple heat circuits
Our solution
The farmer in Lower Austria opts for innovative heating technology and chooses the Eco-HK 30 kW. It ensures an efficient and environmentally friendly heat supply on the farm.
- Eco-HK 30 with integrated return flow booster
- Eco-RA fuel extraction system Ø 3.5 m
- Supply of 5 heat circuits
Wood chips are a proven, regionally available biomass fuel and offer agricultural businesses an economical alternative to fossil fuels that can be planned for the long term. Especially when replacing older wood-coke firing systems, modern wood chip technology enables a significant increase in efficiency, convenience and operational reliability.
In this project, the existing wood-coke stove was replaced by an Eco-HK 30 wood chip boiler with an integrated return flow booster. The compact wood chip boiler is designed to meet the requirements of agricultural businesses and impresses with its efficient, low-emission combustion and high level of efficiency. With an output of up to 30 kW, five heat circuits are supplied reliably and fully automatically.
The wood chip store is located directly next to the boiler room, which is housed in an outbuilding. In combination with the Eco-RA extraction system (Ø 3.5 m), an even, automatic fuel supply is ensured. The compact arrangement enables short conveying distances and efficient integration into the existing operating sequence.
The solution combines regional biomass, modern heating technology and a practical system design – a sustainable heat supply for farms in Lower Austria.
